Bonnie gave a very thorough two-hour tour of Waco. Lots of details on the Magnolia experience, the city, it’s history & future Fixer Upper projects. Excellent for Joanna & Chip fans & also for those who have never seen an episode!

Great tour! We even got to tour INSIDE one of the homes done by Chip and Joanna on the show which was really cool. We also got time to shop at Clint Harp's place and Jimmy Don's shop. Our tour guide gave us discount coupons for both places AND I met Jimmy Don in person! What a great day! We enjoyed it and I highly recommend this to the Fixer Upper Fans.
