Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. The tour operator was not very friendly and did not share as much information as could have been shared about Waco, the neighborhoods, history. We went in one house that wasn’t as seen on the show.

Not correct. We are the only tour that goes into a house on the show. The house we go into is the Three Little Pigs from Season 3 Episode 12. This was discussed during the walk through of the house. Same can be said regarding lack of sharing, as our tour is packed full of information...we are known for providing interesting information.

Our driver Joe was great. Very knowledgeable, funny and good driver. Would highly recommend. He loves Chip and Joanna and had nothing but good to say about them and what they’ve done for the community. Thanks tons

The tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable. The 2 1/2 hour tour lasted closer to 3 1/2 and she made no qualms about it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see the fixer-upper homes
