Joe was a great tour guide! Great price! We where able to go into 3 pigs house. Beautiful home. You should do a tour the 1st day you get to Waco. Joe was able to tell us great places to eat. We saw homes off Joanna and Chips that I didn’t know they had of there own. Stopped at 2 other shops that I also did not know about. Clint Harp the wood design co. Magnolia Realty that they turned into a shop. Great Tour!

Tour was awesome! Loved how knowledgeable and friendly the tour guide was, really knew a lot about Fixer Upper and Waco! Really gave us all the info we wanted related to the show and we even got to go in a fixer upper home!!
