If you are a fan of the show, you will love this tour. You get to drive by several of the houses from different seasons and go in one. You also learn a lot about Waco and what Chip and Joanna and the show have brought to the town. Our tour guide Joe was fun and informative and we had a good time. Younger kids might not like this as much, but my older daughter (16) is a fan of the show and liked the tour.

Sue was an excellent tour guide! She shared a wealth of information about Chip and Joanna, the fixer upper homes, as well as information about Waco (including recommended restaurants). On the tour, we saw homes from the Fixer Upper series and even got to go inside one of the homes! We also saw current Magnolia sites such as the Magnolia Table restaurant, the silos and all the stores and shops that we later visited. Sue also allowed us to get a glimpse into Chip and Joanna's future endeavors such as the ball field and the castle that they plan to renovate. We also loved being able to stop and visit a few of their favorite shops such as Harp Design Company and Jimmy Don's place. During our stay in Waco, we tried to see everything related to the Fixer Upper series, but the tour allowed us to see and learn so much more about this special couple who have transformed the town of Waco, Texas!
