Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

We had Bonnie as a guide and she was awesome. We so appreciated her knowledge and down to earth personality. I felt like she was a friend I known forever. Our group was fantastic too. We had a great time and saw a lot of fixer upper homes and got to tour one. So neat to see in person the things you saw on TV. Dream come true for me. Loved it!!

Thank you so much for booking the tour. Our tour is Fixer Upper from start to finish and we show you as many of the homes as we can in the time frame (in the teens of Fixer Upper homes viewed and over twenty Fixer Upper related sites total on our tour). Also you were able to go into a home done on the show on your tour. We are the only tour to offer that opportunity. If we cut out taking people into the 3 Little Pigs we could add a few more homes to view, but figure great fans like yourself and others would rather see the inside work of Chip and Jo instead (going inside the 3 Little Pigs is not guaranteed, but usually happens). Looking forward to having you back in Waco!
