My daughter found this tour and recommended it to me. She knows I love Fixer Upper. I first thought the price was too high, but hey, we are on vacation. I am so glad I did! Our guide, Sue, was a wealth of information on the Fixer Upper history as well as the city of Waco. This tour was money and time well spent. I will be recommending this tour to my family and friends!

Joe was our tour guide and simply said, he was awesome! Super knowledgeable, very friendly, and we were even able to get an impromptu tour of a home that was renovated by Chip and Joanna. In light of traveling while the coronavirus panic is building and just learning that our cruise had been canceled, Joe brought some sense of normalcy to our vacation. His tour was truly the highlight of our time in Texas. Thank you Joe!
