I loved seeing so many of the houses Chip and JoAnna had done. Our guide, Kelly was great especially in light of the fact we had some serious talkers consistently talking over her. The tour was highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint! We would not have ever attempted to do this on our own.

It was amazing. Getting to see some of the actual fixer upper houses was amazing! The guide was very a knowledgeable and funny! Make sure you ask for Cathie, she was great!!!
