My daughter and I arrived in Waco from Pennsylvania on Saturday evening. Since many Waco places to visit are closed on Sunday, we decided to take a tour of Waco on Sunday. This was a great decision, since it acquainted us with the area before we started sightseeing on our own. Brazo tours was an excellent choice for tour companies. They showed us several homes that were on the Fixer Upper tv show. A highlight was going inside the 3 little pigs home that was on the Fixer Upper show. Brazo tours actually owns this home as a vacation rental so it was so exciting to actually go inside this home. From my understanding, other Waco tour operators do not actually take their clients inside a Fixer Upper home. Our tour guide Joe was very informative. He took us to many places in Waco, not just Fixer Upper homes so we learned about Waco history, too. Our only negative comment about the tour was the validity of some of the information shared by the tour guide. For instance, we were told a lot of information about the 3 little pigs episode of the home we went inside. We didnāt recall some of the information shared about the couple who owned the home so we watched this episode in our hotel that very same evening. We were told that the owners never thanked Chip and Joanna at the end of the episode but they actually did. Also, we were told that the wife never smiled on the show and she did several times. Therefore, we wondered about the accuracy of the other information shared on this tour. We had no way to validate anything except the 3 Little Pigs episode of Fixer Upper that we watched that same evening. However, we were glad we took a Waco tour prior to the remainder of our stay in Waco.
