Stop at JDH Iron Design when open. Jimmy Don is a Texas treasure and as nice as they come. Please understand that we have no control over the operating hours of Jimmy Don's business, but we do stop when open and provide a discount ticket for shopping.

We received so much great history, many Fixer Upper homes and future projects were pointed out on the tour and we even stopped at one of the completed Fixer Upper homes to tour the inside. We made several stops at famous Fixer Upper shops/spots and even got to meet Jimmy Don, who was so friendly.

The tour was awesome. Our driver Sue was so knowledgeable about everything in Waco and especially Magnolia and Chip and Joanne Gaines. We actually got a chance to go into one of the homes they renovated and walk around and take pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. We had a chance to meet Jimmy Don and get pictures. This tour was a highlight of our visit to Waco.

Our group of three arrived in Waco from Granbury all excited about this tour. Sue was our tour guide and what a hoot!! There was so much history of Waco thrown in all with the stats of what Chip and Joanna have done for the city, area, state, our country and world wide!! WOW!! The tour took us by many 'fixer upper' homes, one we got to tour inside, Clint's Harp Design and Jimmy Don's metal works. This was slow paced tour so you actually had time to see the different homes and places of interest. Please stop and use this tour group. They make it fun and are so interesting.
