Took the tour with my adult daughter who is also a fan of Fixer Upper. Learned a lot about Waco, some of Bonnie and Clyde’s involvement in the town, and quite a bit about the positive impact of Chip and Joanna Gaines on the Waco community. We enjoyed a 10:30 am tour which not only afforded us a lay-of-the-land to help with our afternoon plans, but provided us the opportunity to tour the “Three Little Pigs” home renovated by Chip and Joanna in Season 3. Touring this home is not always possible as it is now used as a vacation rental, but luckily for us, we got to see it firsthand! Definitely money well spent!

Sue our tour guide was awesome! She gave us a lot of inside information about Chip and Joanna Gains and the production of their show. She gave our tour a lot of history about Waco Texas that I didn’t know. The tour was worth every penny we paid for it!

Our tour guide, Sue, was very informative, and so accommodating! We were able to book our tour once we got to our hotel and were directed to a parking lot close to the starting point of the tour. We were able to shop at Harp Design Company, Jimmy Don's pop up shop and the Bosque shop. Never felt rushed during the tour which was most appreciated. We would highly recommend this tour.
