Tour was great. Joe was so knowledgeable and had so much pride for Waco! We learned so much and got to see things we would have never found on our own!

We were fortunate to have Scott, the owner, as our guide for this tour. Since he has lived in Waco all his life, he was able to tell us all about the town, it’s history, the neighborhoods, and the houses and projects that Chip and Joanna have and are currently working on. We were able to go inside one of the houses that the Gaines remodeled as well as stop at Clint’s and Jimmy Don’s shops. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Waco and friendly. Loved getting to tour the fixer upper house owned by the tour company! I would definitely recommend Brazos Tours Amazing Fixer Upper tour.
