Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Seeing the Fixer Uppers was awesome and even going into The Tree Little Pigs house were highlights as with seeing different parts of Waco. Cathie our tour guide was great, providing lots of interesting info along with her personal Waco story.
