Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

What an amazing and fun way to see how Chip and Joanna have impacted Waco. We saw several Fixer Upper homes along with lots of other properties Chip and Joanna own. I highly recommend this tour!

We had the pleasure of having owner Scott as our guide for the tour. It was amazing!! Informative, interesting, friendly with a few surprises!! Highly recommend this tour with Brazos for anyone who loves Fixer Upper!!

The tour was well worth what it cost. Lasting about 2.5 hours, we saw several Fixer Upper homes and some properties still to be renovated. The driver/guide was quite informative, both about the Magnolia endeavors and about Waco history. My wife and I were glad we took this tour.
