You must provide your own carseat/booster seat for infants and small children. Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

Stop at JDH Iron Design when open. Jimmy Don is a Texas treasure and as nice as they come. Please understand that we have no control over the operating hours of Jimmy Don's business, but we do stop when open and provide a discount ticket for shopping.

Nice tour but could have been much better. Tour guide was less than enthusiastic and we never even stopped at Magnolia Market! We thought this would be the highlight of a Fixer Upper Tour.

We appreciate your feedback. Apologies if the personality of your particular guide came across the wrong way. Our guides are not only excited and grateful for those who come to Waco, but are excited and grateful that they book the tour and want to give them as much of Fixer Upper as they can in the allotted time frame. We do not promote the Magnolia Market as a tour stop intentionally because we do not stop there. With the Market being so large, we could never fit that into the tour time frame. Most who come to Waco already have that on their schedule. However, if passengers would like to go to the Silos at the end of the tour we are happy to drop them off and do so from time to time.

Sue was a great guide, and showed us lots of the homes Chip and Jo renovated on Fixer Upper. She was very knowledgeable in Waco history having worked for the visitors bureau for many years. We went inside the 3 little pigs house, Harp Designs shop and met Jimmy Don. I would highly recommend this tour great guide and very reasonable price.
