From the moment we first met Scott at the Hilton he was warm and inviting! We were fortunate to have booked a 10:30am tour on a Monday and we only had a total of 4 people on our tour. Scott does such a great and entertaining job of educating on the history of Waco and provides a great many details about the Fixer Upper homes featured on the tour. I highly recommend the Brazos Tour because Scott is such a friendly host - we literally felt like we made a new friend! The best part of it all was that we had no idea he actually owns the "3 Little Pigs" Fixer Upper home and rents it out on Airbnb. Because it had nobody renting it on the Wed of our trip he was gracious enough to let us tour the actual home! Needless to say my wife was over the moon happy to be able to actually see the home with her own eyes. All in all it was an awesome tour, we learned a lot and made a new friend in Scott!!!!

Scott is a great tour guide. He has a vast knowledge of the Waco area and all about the Magnolia effect on Waco. The tour takes you to see many of the homes that are on the show, with a few stops to have a more detailed look. It was great to hear all of the stories about the houses and the city. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the show or does not know much about it (I haven't seen one episode but still had a blast)

This was the icing on the cake for our trip to Waco. Our tour guides were so good and knowledgeable of all things Waco. We went to see the Magnolia experience being fans of Fixer Upper. We were able to see several of the homes and get a bigger feel for what the show and the Gaines family have meant to Waco.
