Our first full day in Waco started with Breakfast at Magnolia Table and the Fixer Upper Tour of Waco. Both great choices. Brazos Tour owner Scott Byrne was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our trip. We were delighted and surprised to get a personal glimpse inside the 3 Little Pigs House, shop at Harp Design and actually meet and get our photo with Jimmy Don! As someone who worked in tourism for 27 years, I know the importance of good customer service and offering a personal customized experienced. Brazos Tours hit a home run and I highly recommend you choose them for your tour of Waco!

We recently took a trip to Waco, Texas to experience "the Magnolia Effect". We arrived at our hotel and perused the coffee table top magazine, where we came across Brazos Tours. It offered a 2 1/2 hour tour of Waco that include some of the homes renovated by Joanne in addition to several shops featured on the show. We found the tour guide/owner/long time Waco resident to be extremely informative and passionate about Waco and insightful of "the Magnolia Effect". The cost at $49.00, almost half the price of the competitor, who were stationed outside the Silos (and the magazine even offered a 10% discount on top of that!) was too good to be true. We even entered a home renovated on the show, and posed for a picture with Jimmy Don! Scott Byrne, the owner, tour guide etc., is a humorously knowledgeable man and by the end of the tour you thought you known him forever! Awesome tour! Highly recommended! Stan Colon, Chicago

The four of us booked Scott's tour online after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and we were so happy we did! He is proud of his home town as well as the Fixer Upper properties, especially The Three Little Pigs (which we were privileged to tour). His knowledge of all things Waco was coupled with a great sense of humor. Watch out, Scott...more Lodi ladies are coming in a few weeks!
