I would recommend this tour to everyone that visits Waco.Scott was a great guide, very friendly and informative and easy to talk to. We actually got to go into the house that Chip and JOJO did that is now his. Beautiful home. This was by far one of my hight lights of my trip. Im so glad my daughter got me this trip for Christmas. Loved every minute.

My daughter, three granddaughters and myself are all fixer upper fans and I booked this tour a few weeks ago. Things got a little crazy when one girl got the flu but Scott was great and changed the tour for us from a Saturday to a Monday without any penalty. Even though I think we really messed up his Saturday 2:00 tour. As for the tour it was great. Not only did Scott give us all the insider tidbits about the Fixer Uppers but he also was very informative about Waco itself. There were a couple of surprises along the way but I don't want to give them away. I will just say they made the tour even better! I would highly recommend this tour for any Fixer Upper fans. You won't be disappointed.

My young grand daughter LOVES Fixer Upper so I scheduled this tour for us during her spring break. There were 10 of us on the tour which was nice as each of us had different perspectives and questions for Scott, our tour guide. Scott had great stories of Waco, Chip, and Joanna ("JoJo"). We drove by several homes that had been featured on Fixer Upper and even got to tour one (the Three Pigs House). The house was beautiful with a lot of signature features that are incorporated in Fixer Upper homes. We were given time to walk through and tour the home on our on and did not feel rushed or hurried at all. We also stopped by the Harp Design Co. and Jimmy Don's where we got our picture taken with him. My grand daughter was ecstatic. We loved the tour and would do it again! We both highly recommend it.
