Brian sure knew the fun facts about HGTV’s Fixer Upper and Chip and Joanna’s activities. We got to tour one of the homes they rehabbed, visited Clint’s store, and got to meet Jimmy Don! Don’t miss this awesome tour!

Initially was going to take the other tour but my wife balked at the price. I mentioned this one (at almost half the cost) and she said okay. Not only got a wonderful tour of Waco landmarks and history but also a great Fixer Upper Tour which help put Waco back on the map as a tourist destination. Scott was extremely personable and knowledgeable being a lifelong Waco resident himself. He provided us views and current stories of some the fixer upper homes, but also the properties Chip and Joanna have purchased and their future use. What was especially memorable was an unrushed trip inside a fixer upper home. We got to see all of Joanna's touches. There was the shiplap covered walls, the rich wood floors, the large kitchen island, farm house sink with pot filler, the sliding barn door and specialty items such as the windowed reading nooks. In the end, Scott said he wanted us to feel the love and pride he had in Waco – I think he accomplished that task.

Scott provides a first class tour and so much history and detail of Waco. In addition to detail information on Magnolia and what Joanna and Chip have done to help the community of Waco. Beside seeing some of the outside of the homes that Joanna and Chip have done we tour the inside of the Three Little pigs. Great experience.
