Went there with a bus shuttle from the hotel. It's a big place so plan your time to go there, we went in the morning and went home in the afternoon, had lunch there, average food but have some choices. We stayed in Waikiki area, this place it's a bit far so make sure you plan your journey as you don't want to rush in when shopping as I said the area is big with lots of shops with different brands. Before you book other transport or take uber to go there just check with the hotel that you are staying if they have a special shuttle to go here, surprisingly it cost cheaper than Uber and this outlet is popular so usually some hotel will offer transport, bringing a rental car is not recommended as the place is pack and hard to find parking spaces. Just be careful that some discount looks cheap but after currency exchange actually is not that cheap, some shops in Ala Moana Shopping centre or even Waikiki shops can offer the same thing, so we just went after brands that we don't have it in our country or some that were really cheap! But it's still a place worth to check out.

A wonderful experience. A bus was there to pick us up. Caution take 09h00 and return later, gives one enough time to shop. We even bought a bag.

This outlet mall is well worth a visit if you love to shop. There is a good variety of stores, friendly staff in the stores, and great prices. The shuttle service drivers aren't especially friendly, nor are the staff who count guests on and off the buses and explain the return journey process - fortunately, the shuttle service is just transport and it is clean and comfortable which is the main thing. I took the 1020 shuttle from Waikiki and returned at 1400. This was a little rushed and it would be easy to spend a little longer at the mall - the journey takes about 30 minutes each way.
