Shuttle bus never showed up to Ross dress for less. I got emails and text saying to arrive at Ross at 530. Then at 630 it tells me to meet at the harbor. Poor service. Got my refund.

Aloha! We deeply apologize for this inconvenience! The shuttle system is fairly new, so we will fix this issue to the best of our abilities! The shuttle does run on a strict schedule, and it may have been an earlier shuttle than expected. Regardless, we apologize for this experience! Mahalo.

The staff was amazing. But unfortunately it’s like a small fishing boat and there wasn’t much room so we sat in the front. All you could smell and taste was the fumes and it made me beyond sick. We finally found a spot on the other side of the boat and I was feeling much better but had the absolute worst headache. It lasted about almost a whole day after. They said the fumes were ok to breath but I’m not sure. None of our family could see the fireworks on the front. It was disappointing and set me back a day of exploring. The staff was funny and friendly. But there really isn’t a way to sit and eat on the boat and no one cares for the drinks. Wouldn’t do it again on a boat like that.

Aloha, To address the main concern, the act of inhaling fumes shouldn't greatly affect anyones health. Furthermore, all drinks are complimentary and we encourage guests to bring their own foods and alcoholic beverages as drink provided by are limited to two per guest. Eating on the boat is to the customers discretion. Overall, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. Mahalo.

This was not a “cruising boat”. It would have been fine as a fishing boat or scuba boat, but as something you could “bring your own food” to, there was literally no where to sit and eat it. The drinks tasted like a capri sun with alcohol and if you sit in the front you smell diesel fuel and get carbon monoxide poisoning. Also from the front you have no view if the fireworks. Definitely not what we expected and would never do it with this company again. One positive was the staff. They were very friendly and fun.

Aloha, To address the main concern, you will not get carbon monoxide poisoning from inhaling a small dosage of it. We understand people may have reservations regarding the subject, but we prioritize the safety of our customers and would not endanger our customers and establishment. Furthermore, seating is on a first come first serve basis, and certain seating allows for customers to eat their food. Additionally, all drinks provided by the tour is complementary and customers are encouraged to bring their own beverages as we limited our free drinks to two a person. Thank you for coming aboard.
