I have never been to Luau before, so have nothing to compare this with but honestly, enjoyed the evening. There was a good mix of food, the MC made an effort to make everyone feel involved and the drink and pineapple were a nice touch. The show felt a lot longer than it was but that was because it was so good! Definitely worthwhile. I was blown away by some of the acts and the likeness to a few celebrities were uncanny. Would have loved to have mingled with the cast in the after-party but I was beyond exhausted and jetlagged. Don't do this on day one in Honolulu would be my only advice and do both the dinner and the show. Make sure you are well rested to get the most out of it.

Dinner was great but I highly recommend staying for the Rock-a-hula show. It was very entertaining and so much fun!!
