I am actually having a hard time finding a number to complain directly. For starters there is no address on the tickets it’s self so buying for a daily of 6 was tough . We almost gave up but we’re we’re hoping the food would be great ! It really wasn’t . There really isn’t anything there for picky eaters which most kids are . My daughter in law requested a high chair abd it wasn’t till she was done eating they brought one . Drinks ? People were on there second we were still waiting on our first . The food was ok . Hardly any Kailua pork given . And my daughter has a tree nut allergies so wasn’t sure what she could eat and what she couldn’t since there was nit much time left to eat and tickets were pre- bought so we left out plates there to go to the show that was worth the money . You can but separately.

This was my first vacation with my youngest brother, it was very nice enjoying an evening together. The food and entertainment was very good.

The luau and show were much more than a typical tourist attraction. The meal was delicious, and the staff really went above and beyond. My husband injured himself shortly before our trip and was on crutches. Everyone from the dinner to the show went out of their way to ensure he was comfortable and enjoying himself. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, and the Elvis impersonator was an added benefit for us, as we were married in Las Vegas by an Elvis impersonator (the one from Rock-A-Hula was even better!).
