Customer service was very good! You have your choice of several different welcome drinks and then it’s cash bar along with some snacks for purchase. We really enjoyed the picture taking opportunities for not only the views of Waikiki but of ourselves. The professional photographer did a great job with photos and at a reasonable cost. The boat ride and music was enjoyable and the sunset was spectacular!

It was very easy process to get checked in. The staff was eager to help get drinks and snacks. We got a lot of good pictures of the skyline and sunset. I took Dramamine before and I did fine. It was nice that there was a discount offered for us since we also did the Atlantis Submarine tour as well.
