Big Tony, the driver on the Red line, was giving very good information about the history of Honolulu and the différent stops.

A very bad experience! We bought All-Lines for 4 days. Spending first two days looking for the redeem station, so hard to find and they always close so early. Instructions are not clear! And finally we redeemed the tickets, we could never find the right schedule and bus stops. everything was not stated clearly. So we have 0 ride on buses for total 4 days! Disappoint

Oh no! What an unfortunate experience. I am so sorry this happened. You missed out on some spectacular tours. Our ticket kiosk is at Waikiki Shopping Plaza and our pick up spot is just around the corner. I prefer getting picked up there and experiencing the route in its entirety but we do have pickups all throughout Waikiki. I hope the rest of your time in Hawaii was a beautiful experience.
