There are a number of different routes you can take. Unfortunately you cannot cross from one to another like other hop on bus tours but that said, it was a fun experience on a San Francisco style open tram bus (not on tracks but very novel). It was standing room only when we started the blue route. However, as passengers came and went we were seated within 20 minutes. This route is close to 2 hours with many stops and trams run about every 40 minutes. Our guide Deno was fabulous, very informative and funny. We were given a number of fun facts and took in some breath taking scenery out of Waikiki towards (but not too) the north shore. Stops included Honolulu zoo, Diamond Head, the Halona blow hole, the Sea life centre to name a few. We stayed on the trolley for the entire route. Overall, it was $25 each well spent. I would definitely recommend this tour and a huge shout out to Deno who made it so enjoyable. Please remember to trip the driver because they make it what it isā€¦. Fabulous

Rode the blue line w/Shawna. She was very ride conscious, she would announce ahead if she was going to apply the breaks, or if the bus was going to rock side to side etc. She did an exceptional job of setting expectations. Her experience and knowledge of Oahu was impressive as well.

The 4-day all-line pass is definitely worth it. We rode all the lines except pink. The drivers/guides are the best... entertaining, informative, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They have trolleys and double-decker buses. They're open cars so hold onto your hats! It gets pretty windy but it's pleasant. This is a very comprehensive tour and a great value. They don't miss anything. Later in the day when people are coming back to Waikiki, the trolleys can be crowded so be prepared to stand through a few stops. There are straps to hold onto. Highly recommend and would definitely do again.
