The worst attitude from the staff and pathetic customer service. Arrived to empty boat only to hear after 20 minutes of waiting with other customers a faint attempt from under an umbrella the captain and crew asking us to congregate whilst they sat in the ground and didn’t even bother to stand and greet guests. So incredibly rude whilst the captain and his wife fought in front of customers whilst yelling inappropriately at each other. No safety briefing. Snorkels disgusting and broken. No offering of a life jacket. No briefing on how to find turtles or what to do if you see them, whilst other boats had guides helping and advising of what to do. Probably the worst tour service ever experienced. Choose another boat. Not this crew they are a joke.

The snorkeling was great. We saw lots of turtles as well as other fish. The staff were excellent and made sure everyone was having a good experience.

Nice, mellow snorkeling trip! We were lucky enough to see spinner dolphins, turtles, and plenty of fish up close. Enjoyed the float in the warm ocean water more than the hotel pool too
