If there are observers in your party, you will need to make a purchase for observer ticket

No refund will be processed for activity downgrade/changes that made on a boat.
Parasail tour is 1 hour with shared boat ride. Parasail flight time is not for 1 hour.
Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of parasail tour
Adult need to sign waivers for their minor at the check-in
Pregnant travelers are not allowed to participate for boat ride and activity.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

It was great! Really fun and exciting! We did get out on the water later than expected and each group doesn't get much time in the air. It could definitely be improved with more actual parasailing time. But the crew was great - very knowledgeable and helpful!

WOW you have to try this experience at least once in your life. Fabulous, relaxed and funny teamwork by our guides. And the view at 700 feet is spectacular!

Wow! What a fantastic experience, this was by far our family's favorite! Sundance and Zac were great! Two of the parasailers in my family were afraid of heights and their minds were put at ease! You can choose if you want to get wet or not, which is great! I would definitely book with them for future trips!
