Disappointing experience. The crew’s enthusiasm was low and uninterested. The female captain didn’t even know one of her crew member’s name. The energy of the boat therefore wasn’t good. We didn’t see any dolphins and just a tiny baby turtle for maybe two seconds. The snorkel experience also was not as described. Same type of fish as in the Captain cook area. Currents were strong but crew didn’t stand at the platform to help guests up or take their snorkels or fins from them. This was described to me as a “luxury” trip. For the price, the sandwiches like reviewed before could have been better. They draw you in with the free alcoholic drinks but I prefer better service who are there to share knowledge and excitement for what we were about to see or experience.

We were the only group at our snorkeling location which gave us plenty of space and no worries about keeping away from multiple boats. The crew was very patient and responsive to our special needs (one family member with limited mobility and 3 special diets). There was a "no rush," relaxed mood. And, what fun to see the sails go up on the catamaran and sail most of the way back to our departure point. Thank you, Mike, Cayenne, Nicole & Bradley.
