We just had a great time on this tour. Both family and couples friendly. 2 people per kayak and you head up the river about 2 miles, get out and hike about 1 easy mile to a ridiculous waterfall. Along the way the native tour guide tells you information about the history of kauai and different wildlife. It is an overall wonderful experience. And the best price on any of the tours on the island. I plan on doing this tour again next year when I visit again!

We had a wonderful trip down the wailua river with dukes kayak adventures.From the first call to our tour guide our entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this trip if you like kayaking, waterfalls and a short hike. There are many companies that tour the Wailua river but when we called around Dukes kayak had the best price by far and they operate from a hawaiian village that is right on the river and they let us tour the village as well witch was also pretty coo it seemed like all the companies did the same thing except dukes kayak adventures who also has the hawaiian village tour included.
