My snorkel adventure was cancelled at the last minute, account was charged and not refunded. I was disappointed.

Great day out snorkeling with the turtles, with many turtles to see both under and above the sea. A neat experience if you're a turtle fan and lover of snorkeling. Great fun professional crew who was supportive and knowledgeable. Kia Ora Team!

First timers in Hawaii. It was a very nice experience, everyone was pleasant and fun, but what really put it over the top for us was Johnny and his above and beyond customer service. My mom is handicapped, and while she can walk with a cane, she is very unstable on a boat, plus she was very afraid to get in the water. Johnny very patiently talked to her and encouraged her to get in, helped her in every way imaginable. He got her in the water and tried his very best to get her to stay. And when she ultimately decided to get back on the boat for the remainder of the excursion, he was the one who got her back on safely. Super caring, patient, and truly a class act guy. Thanks Johnny!
