We are locals and took the tour the night before Halloween, so downtown SA was electric with excitement and costumed partygoers. E was definitely on top of his game and able to maintain his composure and storytelling despite all the outside attempts to interrupt our tour: traffic noise, LOUD mufflers, inebriated visitors, other groups, etc. It was a delightful tour that I would recommend to anyone, it is a bit of walking but I felt E was always looking out for us and at the same time kept us very entertained. I feared I wouldn't be able to hear him too well as we had a fairly large group but my fears were unfounded. E utilized his very polished presentation skills to educate all of us on SA history, it was indeed fascinating, and we are looking forward to our next tour with E. and learning more about SA history. My guest has lived here all her life and did not know quite a few things that he mentioned during the tour. Thank you, E for a delightful evening!

Ephraim gives an excellent tour of the back streets of southern edge of the Old City. He was on time for our meeting, He was expecting more people but we were the only couple. He proceeded with the tour and gave us lots of new information. We had never toured the south side and found there is more to the city than the northside cemeteries. Great job Ephraim will highly recommend your tours. Hope to see you again maybe a northside tour.

I sadly had meant to leave this review as soon as I got home but forgot until I just found his card in my wallet. We went late August and had the host all to ourselves. I had never done a walking tour before so I did not know what to expect but I left with such a bigger knowledge of the area! Mr E was friendly and very vibrant and expressive when talking and you can really picture how things looked and how life was back then. It was really enjoyable just walking down some of the back streets and looking at the old buildings. The stories were a little spooky but nothing scary so I normally would recommend all ages but my 9 year old who went with us got a little spooked and refused to sleep on the pull out in the hotel that night but he is easily scared so know your kid! I would love to do the graveyard tour when we return to the area but would leave my son at home this time! šŸ˜‰ Only advice I can give is plan early for parking! We had been to St Augustine in the past but never that area and it was very busy and took forever to find parking since all the lots and streets were full. Luckily we gave ourselves extra time but if we had cut it close we would have been in trouble. Other than that wonderful time!
