Please note this is a walking tour. The streets are uneven and require good shoes. We will walk less than a mile with plenty of stopping.
Florida has lifted ALL mask mandates; we ask that you do what you need to feel safe on the tour. To wear a mask or not will be of your choosing. Please note that we will be in a group and to stand 6 feet apart will not allow you to properly hear the narrative.

Segui-Kirby Smith House

A home to a famous Confederate General who's Mother still keeps watch.

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

This hospital is on the oldest street in the United States. We'll spend time here discussing it's horrible past.

Antiques and Uniques Collectibles

This now closed and haunted establishment was once the Old City jail. Highly active investigators will not go in.

The Ximenez-Fatio House

A beautiful three story coquina stone home who past residence still linger today.

My 2 cousins and I booked this tour (we are family but didn’t have any teenagers with us). We’d been in Florida nearly two weeks, and this was the highlight of our vacation! We were running late, and our tour guide/operator Ephraim, was very accessible and helpful, and we spoke to him directly via cell. He was very friendly and VERY knowledgeable of both the “spooky” history and general history of St. Augustine. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you’ve done the usual haunted tours of the Lighthouse and the old fort and are looking for something a little different. Expect the tour to take about 2 hours even though it’s listed as a one-hour tour, in order to be able to see everything. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Ephraim, our guide! It was a great experience!

We booked this ghost tour- first trip to St. Augustine - which turned out to be a possible rainy night. Rain held off - guide brought an umbrella. Ephraim was extremely knowledge and friendly. We learned lots of St. Augustine history , ghost sightings and folk lore. Interesting and fun. 1 hour and 15 minutes perfect amount of time.
