Please note this is a walking tour. The streets are uneven and require good shoes. We will walk less than a mile with plenty of stopping.
Florida has lifted ALL mask mandates; we ask that you do what you need to feel safe on the tour. To wear a mask or not will be of your choosing. Please note that we will be in a group and to stand 6 feet apart will not allow you to properly hear the narrative.

Segui-Kirby Smith House

A home to a famous Confederate General who's Mother still keeps watch.

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

This hospital is on the oldest street in the United States. We'll spend time here discussing it's horrible past.

Antiques and Uniques Collectibles

This now closed and haunted establishment was once the Old City jail. Highly active investigators will not go in.

The Ximenez-Fatio House

A beautiful three story coquina stone home who past residence still linger today.

Our tour was amazing! We were the only ones on the tour so it was private and we were able to have a more personal experience. Next time we are in town, we will be using this company for future tours. I highly recommend this tour because the tour guide was extremely knowledge, had excellent interpersonal skills, and treated us with a wonderful evening. 10/10!!!

This was an easy going ghost tour on the North side. We didn't have the time for any of the other tours on this trip and it was a good way to walk off a nice dinner. It says it's an hour but everyone wanted more so he gave us another half hour and didn't even charge extra so at $15 you really get your money's worth. There are different tours out there. This one is not about hoopla and hullabaloo. It's a nice tour with local history and Ephraim is a great guide and is interesting and passionate about what he does. Enjoy!

Effraine was an exceptional tour guide with extensive knowledge of history and paranormal activity in St. Augustine. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book a private tour. Would definitely book with him again!
