E was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The start was slow, he spent the first 16 min explaining how cement, limestone was made! We all wanted more ghost stories and less history of the mundane. Otherwise, it as good for the price.

We weren't sure what to expect, but Efrim gave us great history on St. Augustine and stories of the people who lived here . Would highly recommend. I was personally relieved not to have any ghostly encounters during our tour.

E was very knowledgeable about local St Augustine lore. The walk was very pleasant and interesting. E was articulate and we had no problem hearing him. It was not a scary tour.
