We had a wonderful Walking Food Tour with Bites of the Bluegrass and Court, our tour host, was exceptional. Being a native Lexingtonian, I learned so much more rich history about Lexington that I did not know before. We had wonderful food visiting some of the great downtown spots and everyone was so engaged. We felt like old friends after the tour was over. Thank you, Erin, for creating Bites of the Bluegrass and putting so much energy in showcasing so much that Lexington has to offer. Thank you, Court, for your upbeat personality, telling of stories and bringing Lexington to life. I will definitely tell people about this experience and recommend it highly. Do. Go. Hungry! :)

Excellent guide who was enthusiastic and fun. More historical information and food native to the area would make it better.

Thank you so much for the review, Tamara! Lexington is a diverse city with a 25% immigrant population and we have lots of flavors here, particularly in the downtown space where the walking tours take place. There's also a ton of history that lives in downtown Lexington and we are known for our well-researched, inclusive historical narratives. I'll follow-up with the guide to find out what could have left you looking for more historical information. Thanks so much for the feedback!
