Excellent knowledge of the area. Super engaging. Relaxed made you feel comfortable. Knowledge of history architecture and local personalities. Able to incorporating early parts of the tour with later events. And incredible puns!

We spent a week in New Orleans and bought the GoCity Pass which included many tours with French Quarter Phantoms. We did 4 of their tours and 3 of them were with Erin. We LOVED all the tours and enjoyed Erin's upbeat attitude, storytelling abilities and her genuine personality. Her stories are clear and full of details but she makes her point quickly and easily. The details she gave us on the architecture were superb. She clearly knows her stuff and you could feel her love for the history and people of New Orleans. We WILL be back and book with Erin and FQP again.
