Ben was an engaging, thoughtful guide and did his best to find warm places for us to stop as we went along, as it was a rather cold, windy - though blessedly sunny, afternoon. My 12 year son was on the tour and Ben encouraged his answering questions, for all of us, actually. He was very inclusive. His voice was audible and resonant, he had a lot of personal insights to add and effectively integrated NYC History, iconic landmarks, Financial Market developments, general points of interest, past and modern social perspectives…he was an excellent guide! The meeting spot was easy to locate - great experience! Thank you, Inside Out Tours and Ben!
