Wall to Wall Boulder eBike Mural Ride (3 hours)

Overview
On the Wall To Wall Boulder eBike Mural Ride you'll see dozens of murals and other sights/sites while touring Boulder in fine style and ease on a Rad Power Bike. Your guide, Joel (JD), is a long-time local with a passion for Boulder, art and showing people a good time on two wheels.

The leisurely 3(ish)-hour ride covers a lot of ground, using murals as our map to an insider's view of what Boulder's about. Through the prism of street art and the local knowledge of your guide, you'll learn a little something about this magical town that you won't read in the guidebooks.

What To Expect
1
Boulder Theater
More specifically, we'll focus on the alley behind the Boulder Theater. That's where we'll find 3 large murals put up during the 2020 Streetwise Mural Festival.
2
Boulder Creek Path
Segments of our tour will take us to the Boulder Creek Path, the lovely tree-lined east/west corridor that is the backbone of Boulder's extensive system of bike paths and trails. Just cruising the path on eBike is one of the most fun things you can do in Boulder. Along the way you'll encounter a nice cross-section of Boulderites, walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading and skateboarding up and down Boulder's "Main Street."
3
Goose Creek Greenway
The Goose Creek Greenway is another of Boulder's splendid bike paths. This one will take us east of town, then north, past funky warehouse districts, one of Boulder's largest prairie dog colonies, past the Valmont Skate Park and through a mix of north Boulder neighborhoods. It's a great place to open up these eBikes and see what they can do!
4
Wonderland Lake Park
At the west end of the exhilarating Wonderland Lake Greenway sits Wonderland Lake, nestled up against the mountains shooting up on the western edge of town. The Greenway itself is one of the best stretches of bikeway in town, taking you through areas only accessible via the path and eclectic neighborhoods. And the Lake is one of this town's prettiest spots.

As a longtime local, it was great to explore and revisit the true character of Boulder on JD’s e-bike tour. Parts of town I hadn’t dug into for a number of years were revealed once again in their beautiful and authentically funky ways. The art of the Street Wise and other murals is amazing and worthwhile in its own right, but only part of the overall experience. Cruising around town is fun and easy - as first time e-bikers, my girlfriend and I had no problems getting the hang of it. If you’re looking to get out with family or a group of friends for a great outing, encourage you to give this a go.

We saw lots of great art, much of it “off the beaten path”. Our guide, Joel, knows a lot about the art and Boulder in general. He not only took us on routes that had beautiful vistas, but also through pretty, historic parts of Boulder. We all had a great time and would highly recommend it! (Per Covid, we all wore masks and it was super-easy to be socially distanced...)

Such a great way to get out and see Boulder’s beautiful murals. Joel was super nice and responded quickly to emails. Boulder has tons of bike paths, and it was a easy way to try out an e-bike.
