Tours begin on time, your tour check-in time is important. You must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour departure time. We can not guarantee we can accommodate late customers. Please OPEN your voucher and read directions, you may need extra time to find us if you are traveling during rush hour or on metro train on a weekend.
Tours may be canceled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions
Trailer carriages and trailer tandems are available for children not old enough or comfortable on their own bike.
To ride in a trailer carriage, the child needs to be able to hold up their head up and wear a helmet.
Please note that due to security at our location, we are unable to hold luggage while you are on tour.

What To Expect

Smithsonian Institution Building

Stop outside of the original Smithsonian, known as "The Castle" and here some interesting facts about the founder of DC's renowned museum institution. (We do not go into The Castle)

National Gallery of Art

We'll pass between the East and West side of the National Gallery and see the mini glass pyramids erected by the same designer as the Louvre. (We do not go into the museum)

U.S. Capitol

Cycle up and around to the east side of the Captiol Building. Learn a bit about the place where the House and the Senate convene. It's a site to behold! This is a great opportunity for a photo! (We do not go into the Capitol)

Library of Congress

The Library of Congress sits just east of the Capitol Building.

Supreme Court

From the east side of the Capitol, you'll see the Supreme Court.

Washington Monument

Did you notice that the Washington Monument is two colors? Your guide will tell you why...and more! (We do not go into the Monument)

White House

We view the White House from the south side. Did you know that there is no "front" or "back"? Your guide will tell you about some of the renovations that various Presidents' made during their terms of service. (Note - we will not enter The White House)

National World War II Memorial

There is symbolism in all of the prominent features of the World War II Memorial. Learn about the significance of the pillars, the stars, and the Pavilions. Ask you guide to point out the only "graffiti" on any memorial on the National Mall.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial

Visit this new memorial and learn about the infamous Dwight Eisenhower!

Ulysses S. Grant Memorial

An American military officer who became the 18th president of the United States, Ulysses S. Grant has a memorial where his body is laid to rest.

The National Archives Museum

The museum of records is an independent agency of the US government that holds over 13.28 billion pages of textual records!

Visit the FBI Headquarters, home to one of the most important organizations in the United States. Stop and learn about some of the things that they do!

This tour was fantastic! I highly recommend. I would do it again for sure. Our tour guide Matt was terrific! I want to do all the tours they offer. It is a super way to see the city. We went on Saturday morning and the streets were surprisingly not busy!

Fortunately for me and my children, we were part of a very small group. This helped with maneuvering through the crowds. We saw 8 memorials/monuments and made a special pit-stop at the Scout Memorial on our return trip. My son, who is 8, is a Scout and the guide had no issues with the extra stop. Biking through the city is the only way to see DC sites up close.....I couldn't imagine walking this tour! The guide was very patient, well informed on all the sites, made sure my kids were safe and stayed close to the group, we all had a great time!! I'd do it again and totally recommend it to anyone....novice or expert rider, it was a leisurely ride around town. I clocked just under 6 miles on my Garmin....it sure didn't feel like it!!

tour and tour guide and bike company were great.
viator did not inform us that the location had moved and it was very confusing and we had to pay extra on the metro to get to the location..... very very frustrating..... we were late and held up the tour and we were very upset. The tour itself was very informative and ran very well
