This tour stops at Arlington National Cemetery which effective immediately requires the guest to present a valid photo identification upon entry. Visitors 18 years of age and older must present a valid U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification for entry. Visitors 16 and 17 years old who do not have a U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification may present an official school-issued photo identification for entry. Persons who are not U.S. citizens must present a valid passport or U.S. State Department-issued photo identification for entry.

What To Expect

New York City

The Washington DC tour departs New York south passing through the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland before arriving at the nation's capital.

Arlington National Cemetery

Start the tour at Arlington National Cemetery and visit the Kennedy family gravesite.

Lincoln Memorial

Visit the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall.

Korean War Veterans Memorial

Visit the Korean War Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Jefferson Memorial

Visit the Jefferson Memorial on the National Mall.

White House

Visit the White House (on most tours). We do not go into the White House. You will see the outside.

U.S. Capitol

Pass by the US Capitol (on most tours), home of the US Senate and House of Representatives. We do not go into the Capitol.

National Mall

Part of the iconic image of Washington, the reflecting pool hosts many of the 24 million visitors a year who visit the National Mall. It is lined by walking paths and shade trees on both sides.

Great trip visiting Arlington cemetery and the White House. Disappointed that the Capitol was getting maintenance. But lovely trip and Edwardo (Charlie)was a fantastic host .

Highly recommend this tour; the guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable. The coach is comfortable and has air con and USB and plug points to charge your devices as well as a toilet. Perfect timings for the stops; never too short or too long at each place and there were comfort stops at good times too. Plenty of sightseeing spots ticked off and I have nothing negative to say at all- we had an amazing time!

Excellent coach tour from NYC to Washington DC. Its was a long day,but totally worth every penny. The tour guide was fantastic, explaining everything as we went along, pointing out places along the way, and very informative on the memorials, buildings,and historic sites that we stopped at. We would recommend this trip to anyone wishing to visit Washington DC
