This tour stops at Arlington National Cemetery which effective immediately requires the guest to present a valid photo identification upon entry. Visitors 18 years of age and older must present a valid U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification for entry. Visitors 16 and 17 years old who do not have a U.S. state or federal government-issued photo identification may present an official school-issued photo identification for entry. Persons who are not U.S. citizens must present a valid passport or U.S. State Department-issued photo identification for entry.

What To Expect

New York City

The Washington DC tour departs New York south passing through the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland before arriving at the nation's capital.

Arlington National Cemetery

Start the tour at Arlington National Cemetery and visit the Kennedy family gravesite.

Lincoln Memorial

Visit the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall.

Korean War Veterans Memorial

Visit the Korean War Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

Jefferson Memorial

Visit the Jefferson Memorial on the National Mall.

White House

Visit the White House (on most tours). We do not go into the White House. You will see the outside.

U.S. Capitol

Pass by the US Capitol (on most tours), home of the US Senate and House of Representatives. We do not go into the Capitol.

National Mall

Part of the iconic image of Washington, the reflecting pool hosts many of the 24 million visitors a year who visit the National Mall. It is lined by walking paths and shade trees on both sides.

Tour guide was pretty good , bilingual and a funny guy in general.

i chose this particular tour because 1 it was slightly cheaper than similar DC day trip tours and 2 it published a more realistic tour duration e.g. 14 hrs instead of 12. i'm glad i chose this tour. this is a great way to see DC if you don't mind just breezing through the district's highlights. our guide Laura was very knowledgeable and accommodating. she kept to the schedule and made sure everyone was ok during the entire trip. we already knew from other reviews that the time spent on the road is almost twice as long as the time spent in DC so we didn't mind the long travel. we got back to Times Square about 9pm-ish and surprisingly we weren't very tired, we even still had the energy to walk around manhattan 'til midnight! enjoyed this trip :
