Did not like the very short lunch time then the bery long walk in the heat in a hurry to the boat. Def not conducive to elderly family members. Could have spent less time at some of the monuments so lunch would not have been hurried. Also there were lunch spots at the wharf do why didnt bus take us there? The guide was pleasant though.

I booked a weekend in DC for my husbands 55th birthday. Ballgame and tour. After our Saturday night ballgame my husband ended up with a stomach bug. We both called the customer service number and tried to explain and ask for help. We were told both times a supervisor would call us. No one has called us and it has been a week now. I lost 148.00 dollars and did not receive at least a call to try to get a refund, book in another city as we travel often. No response, no respect, no concern. Sad way to run a business. Beware...
