Small carry-on bags are allowed, however it is recommended that you ravel lightly. Due to security concerns, the tour operator reserves the right to search any bags or purses you bring on board. Many of the attractions in Washington DC are equipped with metal detectors at the entrances. Traveling without bags or purses is recommended
Due to time restrictions, you cannot go inside any of the monuments, however you can spend about 15-20 minutes at each stop to enjoy up-close views
No food allowed on buses (snacks are fine!)
The boat cruise is seasonal from Apr 1 to Oct 15
Convertible buses switch from open-tops to glass-tops between Oct 15 - Mar 15 due to colder temperatures

Excellent all day tour in an air conditioned bus. We only had one full day in DC so wanted to make the most of it. The tour was well organised with meeting point at the US Navy Memorial easy to find. Visited all the main sites with 15 minute stops at most of them and informative and engaging commentary from the tour guide (sorry can't remember name - Washington local maybe Evan) plus good driving from Maurice . Cold water available throughout the day plus a stop for lunch (food not included). Tour included boat trip on the Potomac which was worth doing as had good views and also broke the day up a bit. Definitely a great way to visit the city and see the sites. It was a hot day with air quality not great but at the end we still felt energised. Recommended.

The monuments and of course the lovely tour guides Even and Sylvia the bus driver they were so warm .They kept us going through the heat .gosh it was so hot yesterday thank you for putting a smile on our faces

Dion is really good with his history and facts. Could see that he's passionate about storytelling. Could have been better if there's more time for each location for better photo ops, or perhaps end the tour later.
