The itinerary guides you to have lunch in Georgetown. However, we had lunch at a shopping center in Crystal City. I was expecting to go to Georgetown, so I was very disappointed. Since it was November, we visited one monument instead of a boat tour, and the tour ended around 3:15. I made a reservation knowing that there is no boat tour, but if it goes like this, I would have chosen the 4-hour tour instead of the 6-hour tour. I chose this place because of the many reviews, but it is better to take a 4 hour tour of another company. For lunch, I can eat wherever I want to go.

We are sorry the day did not go as expected. From October 15 - March 15, the boat is not available and we do pivot with an alternate itinerary - we will follow up with Viator in order to make this more clear for guests. Thank you for the feedback.

This guided bus/walking tour was amazing! We had a wonderful bus driver, Yousef, and tour guide, Terry! Terry was a volume of information an they were both so polite and friendly. It was truly an enjoyable day and experience!
