We had a wonderful day! Terry is a fantastic tour guide. She is so knowledgeable and personable. The weather was hot and humid, but she kept us in the shade as much as possible when visiting the various monuments, and there was cold water available on the air-conditioned bus (driven by the skillful Mr. Curtis). Many restroom opportunities, too, throughout the day. The boat ride on the Potomac after lunch was also pleasant. This was a quick-paced trip but a great way to sample what DC has to offer. Terry also made suggestions for things we could do on our own time. We highly recommend this tour!

The bus had no air-condition for the first hour of the tour, it was 90 degrees out. Very uncomfortable. The bus driver was very lovey and the tour guide was nice. She was very knowledgeable. We actually ended up going back on our own to see a closer side of the White House, the site that was included in the tour was very far away. The boat part of the tour was a bit boring (I would recommend leaving this out) and they allowed another group to get on before our group which gave us very little seating options.
