I enjoyed the experience, our guide Mike was great! I think the night time tour was probably the best option as there are less crowds.

Ok so it’s not a trolly, it’s a bus with vinyl sheeting, and if they don’t decide to open the sheeting, your pictures will be awful. They wouldn’t allow the sheeting to be opened on our bus because one woman, who booked an open trolley tour in DC in late October didn’t want to. Also those “stops” are often only stops if the lights are red or traffic is slow. We were let off the bus only 3 times, each time really rushed, and with no guarantee you’ll get your seat back. I really regret paying so much for this tour. I’m going to tell everyone I know to avoid them. I will review this trash tour on every service I can find. Also, our trip was booked through Apple’s employee executive travel concierge and you can bet they will hear about what a rip off this tour was, and we have the photos to prove it.

our driver and guide, was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful!! He was the only saving grace. The rest of the staff was awful! Rude, short, discourteous, unhelpful. More interested in eating pizza brought by a friend. One woman, in a pink hat was downright awful! Yelled at me, as I was politely asking a question. Witnessed her being rude to others. Just awful. We don’t come and pay good money to be treated like this. She needs to be fired. Perhaps rehired at a job at gas station or prison. Just awful! Thank you to our tour guide!The only reason we didn’t get off the tour and complain for a refund. You need more people like him.
