The night of the tour, I called that Lyft driver had dropped me in wrong location. Be sure of street NW vs SW etc. No response to call, and no response to request for reschedule OR refund.

we are so sorry that you missed your tour the address is very clear on the ticket 800 Pennsylvania NW . also you have to be at our location 30 minutes before the tour start. we answer the tour from 7 am to 8 pm please remember we are the provider so you can contact your agent and for us we start the tour on time to value all our guest time .

A very indifferent and diluted experience started very late, ended much earlier than anticipated. It lucked the color and character it deserved.
