Paid and confirmed with my infant. Waited at the pickup location and no one ever showed. Called the number and left messages, tired to chat with driver. Very disappointed. Do not trust this booking.

awesome tour. our kids loved it! the guide was knowledgeable and friends liked it too! definitely will do it again when we come back in december!

Very poorly coordinated. We went to pickup location at 12. No one was there. We called dc tour company, no one answered. Finally someone called back after 1 hour, unaware that they had a booking. Someone finally showed up at 2pm. He didn't know what we paid for and what route to take even though it mentioned in detail about the stops and route when we booked the tour but none was followed. Clearly these guys have no idea what they are doing or maybe they dont check for updates on latest bookings as we had booked the tour 48 hours earlier and apparently no one knew about it untill they heard from us. I was however offered a partial refund for all the fiasco.
