Dreadful. We did this cruise today. The food was disgusting, it was cold and there was only half of the items mentioned. We had to wait ages for our food and many of the items that were there had gone by the time we went to the buffet. The jazz band was not on the boat, just a very loud DJ playing a terrible assortment of rap music. Avoid this at all costs it is a total rip off

Pros: Being out on the deck was beautiful, the weather was nice. The wait staff were pretty good, Dj not bad. The inside was clean and the food was very good. Cons: There was a very limited selection when it came to food. But the "biggest" thing that turned me and my colleagues off. What's the dress code.... There is definitely a dress code in place. But it was not enforced and no one was following it. 50% of the clientele was casually dressed. The other 50 were in jeans, T shirts, baseball caps, Tennis shoes and street attire. For the enforcement of dress code alone we will NOT return. We were under the impression that we were going to attend a classy but casual event. The check-in and security personnel have to do a better job at examining attire. An stop taking tips at check-in to overlook certain unacceptable clothing.

I will never again order tickets through your services. You issued the tickets for the wrong day and I was refused boarding. Your customer service would not respond to me and I had to fight to get a refund of my money
