I would love to share my experience with this operator. For one, the Covid restrictions and mandatory vaccination card proof was a last minute change in DC. Just a few days prior, a card wasn’t needed. I booked less than a week later for a cruise I expected to be free of restrictions outside of a mask mandate. Beware, the description is vague until you book and then you’re stuck. I lost over $200 on a cruise I couldn’t enjoy. The operator made it seem like I could get an easy refund as I communicated with them in advance. My refund was denied. I do not recommend.

My husband surprised me with a brunch cruise for our first anniversary. It was an incredible experience. Even before you step onto the boat, the staff greeting you were incredibly warm and welcoming. By the time you stepped onto the vessel, you were greeted by staff that made you quickly feel like you were old friends. The crew also provided the perfect blend of information about the local sights outside while bringing the energy up on the inside. Our server Aniya was simply amazing. She quickly made us feel welcome, was attentive and was just beaming with positivity and warmth. We had the chance to watch her training a new staff member and we’re impressed by how she smoothly transitioned from helping us to calming talking through and coaching him on what he needed to do. Overall the vibe of the staff snd the super fun guests on board made this a memorable experience.

Our server, Venus was excellent. She and the food are the only reasons we would give this a three star. The food was good. However, we went back-and-forth in the same area of the Potomac. We thought we would be seeing other monuments up close but we just went back-and-forth in one area. There was only one variety of music and it was loud and Obnoxious.
